Joinery in, painter not started, and the last cheap chance on the carpentry.
The Austral fixing stage visit recorded an internal balustrade not installed, window infills incomplete, eaves not painted, a ground floor downpipe not installed, service penetrations still to be sealed and grading still required. That is the shape of the stage: the trades that finish a house, caught before the painter arrives and covers the evidence. Every photograph here was taken in Austral, roughly six kilometres north west of Edmondson Park and in the same growth corridor. We would rather name the suburb than let another job read as local.
